Squirrelly Bread

For those of you who haven't bought this bread before at Costco it's awesome, each piece has only 11 carbs.
(15 less dietary fiber) and almost 1 protein 5.7g

South of the border

My new find from Costco U.S.A. is a easy one fruit serving, well close enough 13 carbs.
They carry a 18 pack of canned peaches -&- peaches with pear & pineapple the serving size is perfect for a one fruit snack. cost about $6.00 us
its a quick -&- easy one fruit snack it's perfect for car emergency kit etc....

They also carry "Dex 4 Glucose Tablets" in 3 Great flavors. cost about $4.80 us

New Fruit to go type snacks called "Fruit Leather" are also available in the American grocery stores.
They are the same size & shape but look more like a thick fruit roll up.
11 carbs., all natural, & they have some cool flavours! visit stretch island but be sure to come back
